How will the ornaments be personalized?

Ornaments will be hand-personalized, in blank permanent ink, with writing according to your instructions -- including names, messages, and year, if requested.  Note: Ornaments come blank. The writing you see on our images is just for an example. Click through the photos to see what the ornament looks like without sample personalization.

Can I personalize it myself?

Yes, personalization is easy to do yourself: Personalization yourself with a fine point permanent marker that can be purchased at any local store. If you misspelled letter you can use 91% rubbing alcohol, Nail Polish Remover or a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to remove error. You can find these at any store.

How do I pluralize my family name?

Great question! In most cases you just add an “S,” no apostrophe necessary.

Example:
Mochrie becomes Mochries
Kennedy becomes Kennedys

For names that end in "s," “x,” "z," “ch,” and “sh,” you must add an “ES.” Example:

Jones = Joneses
Fox = Foxes
Alvarez = Alvarezes
Church = Churches
Ash = Ashes

You can always avoid that whole mess by keeping the family name singular!

How long does it take for my package to arrive?

Item will be ship out within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment. We offer USPS First Class Mail shipping (delivery in 2-5 business days depending on where you are located). International orders arrive in 2-6 weeks. Delivery times vary country to country.

Customer Return Policy

Personalized items cannot be accepted for return. Our quality control department inspects each ornament. Please take into consideration each ornament is hand-personalized with its own uniqueness, and not personalized by a machine.

  • If you would like to return a non-personalized ornament you may do so, but we are not responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to us. When we receive the undamaged item, we will refund you the amount you paid for the ornament.
  • If you receive an order with a broken item, or if we misspelled information on the item, we will ask you to submit a photo of the item. We will promptly replace it as long as it is in stock. If the item is out of stock we will help you find a satisfactory replacement or we will give you a refund for the item.
  • If you misspelled a word or selected the incorrect year from the drop down menu, and we duplicated it, it cannot be returned. If you want it corrected you will need to place an order for the item.
  • We do not accept returns of Table Top items when you ordered it thinking it was a Christmas tree ornament.

Any issues with an order must be reported within 10 business days of delivery date. If an issue is reported after 10 days LovableOrnaments.com reserves the right not to send a replacement.
