Processing, shipping, and tracking (Updated Daily)

We have been getting a lot of questions regarding processing, shipping, and tracking so we have written this handy guide that should have all the answers you are looking for and more! If you have not yet placed your order, hopefully this will help you make an informed decision.


***SHIPPING ESTIMATES***

The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient's location, the seller's processing time and location, and the shipping carrier (always USPS). Other factors—like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday—may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimate.


***RUSH PROCESSING & SHIPPING***

We do NOT offer rush personalization processing under any circumstances. If you would like your ornaments sent blank we can have them in the mail for you the next day if you write click on the 'Do NOT Personalize' checkbox above the add to cart button (if the do not personalize checkbox is not there then you can add a note in the Note section at checkout or contact us after your purchase to let us know)

You may choose Priority Mail at checkout, but that will only change the shipping time (time in the mail) and not the processing time (the time it takes for us to personalize). If you really need your ornament by the time frame given in the estimate you should absolutely upgrade to Priority Mail. It is so much more reliable than First Class.


***PROCESSING TIMES***

Here is our current ship schedule, updated daily:

If you ordered on ___ your package will ship on or before ___

Dec 3-13 … Done and in the mail 🤗
Dec 14-16 … Dec 19-20
Dec 16-17 … Dec 21

(As it stands today, all orders will arrive before the 24th and when we are concerned that an order might arrive after the 24th we will display that fact here as well as at checkout so you know for sure.)

If you are concerned at all about about the timeliness of our processing in regards to your gifting schedule we would be happy to cancel your order so that you will be able to make other accommodations. Please reach out to us to do so.

***INFO ABOUT YOUR ORDER***

Those who choose to check out using their phone number will get order updates by SMS

Your tracking info, will be sent to the email you used at checkout, when the shipping label is printed.

***TRACKING***

We only have access to the exact same info as you. If you have a tracking number that means your order is definitely in the mail and we cannot make changes to your address or order.

***THANK YOU***

We don't have a huge team of personalizers yet and we are kind of perfectionists. Each ornament really is personalized with love and care. They are worth the wait and you will receive it before Christmas Eve! Thank you for your patience!  🙂
